For All Coordination Packages:
* At least one coordinator
and one assistant will be present for every wedding with over 100 guests.(Additional
$25.00 per hour fee will be incurred)
* At least one coordinator and two assistants will be present for every wedding with 200-299 guests.
(Additional $25.00 per hour, fee will be incurred per assistant.)
* At least one coordinator and three assistants will be present for every wedding with 300 guests or more.
(Additional $25.00 fee per hour will be incurred for each assistant needed.)
* All weddings with more than 350 guests will require custom packages and pricing.
An additional fee of $200 will be added to any wedding/event on a holiday or holiday weekend. (New Year's Eve,
New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas.)
