This package includes complimentary consultation to layout your wedding and reception ideas. We will offer suggestions on the initial steps to take regarding your wedding style, budget, and color schemes.

 

 Unlimited phone and email consultations throughout your wedding planning.

 

 Our preferred vendor list to assist you with narrowing down your selections.

 

 A monthly checklist to help you stay on target.

 

 Checklist of whom is responsible for taking home gifts, cake topper, and keepsakes.

 

 Regular phone calls with the reception site to insure that all parties are in sync.

 

 We will bring our "Wedding Day Emergency Kit" (black socks, tape, superglue, hair spray, bobby pins, etc.).

 

 We will attend the rehearsal, to assist with the direction of the ceremony.

 

 Instuctions for the family's  and bridal party's responsibilities.

 

 Set-up guest book, and programs in their proper place.

 

 Greet your guests at the reception, and assist your guests if needed.

 

Coordinate the timeline of the evening (the toast, 1st dance, cake cutting, bouquet an garter toss)

 

 I will be available up to 8 hours on your wedding day.
