We will contact and reserve the services of up to 5 vendors if needed.
Review wedding contracts and offer suggestions of any necessary changes.
Offer style and color suggestions for bridal party, and overall wedding themes.
We can suggest a variety of ideas for flowers and centerpieces.
A hour meeting prior to the wedding to discuss final details of your wedding day.
Follow-up with phone calls to vendors, making sure that everything is in sync.
We can assist with decorating the reception site, if time permits.
We will transport wedding items to ceremony and/or reception site (napkins, favors, guest book, etc.).
We will layout your guest cards, table cards, and seating chart.
Will will gladly distribute your "day of" payments to your vendors.
I will be available for up to 9 hours the day of your wedding.
* This package is for the couple who want to do most of the planning themselves, most of their vendors are booked, and
are just looking for additional assistance in wrapping up all the final details.
