This package is for the couple who are out of town and find it impossible to plan for a wedding miles away. Its
also for the couple who have extremely busy lives, and really just want to enjoy the process without all the worry and stress!
All items in the previous packages plus the following.
We will contact and reserve all vendors for your wedding. You of course will have final approval.
We will arrange and coordinate your group transportation for your ceremony and reception guest..
We will recomend locations for rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, and post wedding brunch.
We will assist in blocking rooms for guest. Limited to 3 hotels.
We will assist you in your search for a Wedding Gown. Limited to 3 bridal salon visits.
We will assist you with tuxedo selection.
We will be at the wedding site two hours before ceremony to assist with final details, dressing and flower distribution.
Check with attendants to make sure all personal items are removed from ceremony site bridal room.
Load wedding gifts into appropriate vehicle or on site suite.
Place personal items ( cake topper, guest book, bouquet, etc.) in appropriate vehicle or suite.
Package anniversary cake for the mother of the bride or maid of honor to freeze.
Oversee vendor clean up.
Gather centerpieces and remaining decorations.
Will we be available for up to 10 hours on your wedding day.
