Ceremony Coordination Special - $300.00
  • Initial Consultation, We will meet and discuss your ceremony.
  • Attend and coordinate rehearsal.
  • Create a timeline for you and your all vendors involved. 
  • Assist with vendor confirmation calls one weeke prior to the wedding. 
  • Assist with vendors as they come to the Ceremony venue to set up ( Photographer, florist, etc.). 
  • Arrive at Ceremony Venue site 2 hours prior to ceremony to set up. Display programs, set up unity candle, guest  book, or signature mat, etc.
  • Give Ushers a last minute reminder of how to seat guest.
  • Will direct ceremony/ Coordination: Will assist florist with pinning bouts on men, assist with distribution of corsages and flowers. Will make sure family, bridal party and groomsmen are properly lined up for  processional and recessional.
  • Will make sure wedding starts on time and that all involved in wedding party are where they are supposed to be.
  • Coordinate exit ( petal toss, feathers, bubbles, etc.)
  • Coordinate receiving line.
  • Gather and transport flower arrangements and decorations used for the ceremony to the reception site to be used there.
  • Make sure your your photo list is given to photographer and that all on that list are included in pictures.
  • Unlimited email / telephone correspondence. 
  • Final Meeting 1 week before wedding to go over all details.

* All Weddings with a guest list over 100 will require an assistant at the rate of $ 25.00 per hour.

Entire Day-Of Coordination - $480.00

  •  The above Ceremony Coordination plus the following:
  • Initial Consultation, to discuss ceremony and reception options and ideas.
  • Reception timelines distributed to all involved vendors.
  • Place ceremony items and decor at designated areas.
  • Check place card or seating chart for accuracy and all other reception details.
  • Go over agenda with DJ ,  band, caterers, etc.
  • Assist DJ ,  Band with wedding party announcement.
  • Reception Direction: Coordinate Special Dances, Toasts, Cake Cutting, Bouquet and Garter Toss, etc.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot any problems that may come up during the reception.
  • Coordinate any shuttle or bus transportation for guests going to a hotel.  
  • Will bring our Wedding Day emergency Kit.
  • Distribution of final payments to all vendors to be made on wedding day.
  • Will attend Reception until after the cake is cut and dispersed. Additional hours are available at $50.00 an hour. 
  • Unlimited email, telephone correspondence.
  • Final meeting 14 days prior to the wedding to go over all necessary details.

    *Additional hours may be purchased to stay until the end of the reception for clean up and retrieval of personal belongings.

*All Packages are able to be customized!

*Additional hours may be purchased for vendor selection, set-up and coordination of centerpieces, place cards, favors, guest book, toasting flutes and any other specialty items.

**Additional hours are billed at $50.00 per hour.

 

**Guest list with over 100 guest will require an assistant at the rate of $25.00 per hour.
